Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Policy The BS in Health Care Administration and Policy is certified by the Association of University Programs in Health Administration. Courses in many academic units of the university are taken as part of a liberal education to gain a broad view of the health care delivery system. Analytical skills are developed through studies in such areas as economics sociology, political science, business and health sciences. Students develop an understanding of health, disease, and the organization, financing and delivery of health care services. This knowledge and its interdisciplinary base are integrated into studies designed to prepare leaders who contribute to the planning, financing, directing, coordination, managing and evaluation of health services.
