How to enroll in the Master of Health Care Administration (MHA) program: 1. Go to UNLV's Graduate College website. 2. Click on Admissions link. 3. Download Application Forms Link. 4. Download and complete the entire Graduate College Application Form. The Graduate Assistantship form may be found here. (if interested) 5. Under the degree program information section of the Application Form, be sure to include the following: 6. To be considered for admission, an applicant must meet Graduate College admission requirements, and:
7. Submit the required information to either Christopher Cochran and/or the Graduate College before June 1 for Fall admission or before November 1 for Spring admission (see list below).
